Marcus Thorsteinsson

Personal:
Marcus Thorsteinsson has experience working in many areas of civil litigation, including insurance bad faith, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, professional liability and construction defect. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada and is licensed in both the State Court and the United States District Court, District of Nevada.

Born in Arlington, Texas, Marcus grew up in both Canada and the United States. He attended college at Arizona State University, receiving dual degrees in 2005 – a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies. In 2008, Marcus received his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law.

While in law school, Marcus clerked at the Arizona Attorney General's Office, Criminal Division, where he worked on matters involving public corruption and white collar crime and fraud. He also interned for the Bail Project under the supervision of the San Diego Public Defender's Office.
