Personal:
Alan V. Mulliner is an associate with Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders. He practices transactional law including real estate matters, corporate law, estate planning, construction law, and homeowners’ association matters. Alan is admitted to practice law in the State Court of Nevada.

Originally from St. George, Utah, Alan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Dixie State College in Southern Utah where he graduated with honors and received an academic scholarship. Following graduation, Alan received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law. During law school, he made the Dean’s honor roll list, was asked to serve as a student ambassador by the law school dean, and served as President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Alan also clerked for the Oklahoma Tax Commission’s General Counsel Division during law school.

Alan enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors. His favorite activities include backpacking, camping, fishing and sports in general.
