
Personal:
Brett Harris attended college at New York University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English in 2008. After graduating, Brett relocated to Las Vegas to attend law school at the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. Brett participated in a variety of activities while attending law school, including serving as President of the Student Bar Association, Communications Chair of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, volunteering at the Nevada Immigrant Resource Project, and competing in the 2010 Phi Alpha Delta National Mock Trial Competition. Outside of her legal studies, Brett externed for the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada, served as a Student Attorney for the Las Vegas Juvenile Justice Legal Clinic, and clerked at the Clark County Public Defender's Office. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2011.
Brett is licensed in the State of Nevada and currently focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense.
