
Personal:
Michael Falater graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Urban, Rural and Environmental Planning in 2007. He attended law school at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in Salt Lake City and received his Juris Doctorate in 2011. Michael was a William H. Leary Scholar, and Articles Editor for the Utah Law Review in 2010. During the summer of 2009, he worked as a legal extern for the Utah State Supreme Court.
In addition to spending time with his family, Michael enjoys running and reading comic books. He is fluent in Spanish.
