
Personal:
Scot Bayles practices civil litigation with an emphasis in construction defect claims. He was admitted to practice in Nevada in 2011.
Scot received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University where he graduated magna cum laude in 2008. In 2011, he received his Juris Doctorate from the BYU J. Reuben Clark Law School. Scot was a member of the Moot Court National Team, representing BYU at the 2011 ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Brooklyn, NY. He was also the Lead Editor of the BYU Education & Law Journal, a member of the Trial Advocacy Team, and an academic mentor to first year law students. During law school, Scot worked as a law clerk for Judge Lynn W. Davis of the Utah Fourth District Court.
In his spare time, Scot enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife.
